What Does This Chest X Ray Report Indicate?

Good day ! I got my chest x ray result and it was said that Suspicious densities are noted in the right upper lung and left lung for which an additional spot view taken with slight lordosis (Big film) is suggested for further evaluation. Please advice me in this results. THANK YOU !

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your X-ray report suggests suspicious opacities in the right upper lung and left lung.It is difficult to determine infection in apical region because it is covered by many bony structures like bony ribs,clavicle.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas.It is a special view for apical areas,so you are advised for this view.
