What Does This Chest X-ray Report Mean?

my x ray report is:Lungs fields show prominent bronchovascular markings and hyperinflation, bilateral hilar peominence. Apices are normal. Cardiac silhouette is sharply demarcated with normal cardiothroracic ration CP angles are clear. Visualized Bones are normal Please suggest your valuable views.

Hi & Welcome.
Findings are suggestive of chronic bronchitis.
Bilateral hilar prominence may be due to enlarged lymph nodes, any mediastinal mass, or chronic infections.
Consult a doctor if you have any associated symptoms like cough, fever, weight loss, or chest pain.
