What Does This Chest X-ray Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I would like to ask regarding the chest PA shows suspicious infiltrates in left apical lobe. I am really frustrated why this is the reading when other clinics read my xray film as clear lung. How to go about this? I already visited a pulmonologist and series of test was given to me including the sputum where it was negative and the Pulmonologist gave me a clearance.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a healed and old infection. How ever possibilities like tuberculosis must be ruled out. You can opt for a CECT scan to get a better clinical picture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
