REPORT: Hi Mr doctor my mother has following x ray report what will u suggest Irregular triangular shaped opacity is noted in right pericardiac region. Right CP angle is blunt. Apices and left CP angle is clear. The cardiac size is normal. Bony thorax appears intact.
