What Does This Chest Xray Report For Swelling And Pain In Right Hand Indicate?

Fingers on my right hand are swollen, red, rounded at the nail and base, and ache sometimes. Is this a sign of cardiac issues? I had an EKG today - that was fine. Going in next week for stress test. Also had chest x-ray. She said she thought she saw fluid between the two lobes, and said this was a sign of congestive heart failure. I am a 60 year old woman. Thank you, but I can t continue because I don t have a charge card with me right now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms pain and swelling at nails of your right hand following a chest x-ray I am suggesting strongly that you have a finger clubbing due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
In view of this please check your blood pressure and see a cardiologist specialist for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps Regards
