What Does This Chest X-ray For Breathlessness And Dull Pain In Rib Cage Indicate?

hello...I need some advice in relation to my mother. she recently had a very bad chest infection and had a chest x ray done. this has revealed her diaphragm being higher on the left side. she has been referred on. iv been doing some research on this though and some of the causes have me worried. my mum had a left sided fall 2 years ago causing fracture to hip and the chest x ray pre surgery did not indicate anytjing wrong apparently there has been significant changes since then. mum has been complaining of mild breathlessness on occasions for some time now and a dull ache around her rib cage......exacerbated by things like ironing etc. blood work all showed up ok. she hasnt lost any significant weight any thoughts on this? im scared this could be something sinister but want to prepare myself. Or could this have been caused by the fall 2 years ago? Any info would be great.
