What Does This Cholesterol And Platelet Count Indicate?

Im 38 years old. Lately Ive been excessively stiff, sore, tired, and have gained 12 pounds in one month despite better eating and exercise ? I have been also experiencing memory loss issues and Alzheimer like forgetfulness. I had my doctor order bloodwork and my blood platelet count came back abnormal at a level of 420. My cholesterol was also very high at 215, even though I have never had high cholesterol in the past. Im very worried about how Ive been feeling. Im usually soo robust and aliv!!
