Hello and welcome to HCM,
Inability to pass stools and feeling of some kind of blockage is an indication for colonoscopy.
The blockage could be due to some kind of growth in the rectum.
A repeat colonoscopy is advised because the colonic nodules in previous colonoscopy could have progressed to growth.
In addition, stool for occult blood should also be done to detect any bleeding growth or lesion in the lower gastrointestinal tract.

Thanks and take care
