What Does This Colonoscopy Result Mean?

I went in for a second colonoscopy to get an area checked where an area was tattooed after removing a polyp. The results from the Doctor was passed on to me but not sure what it means. Can you give me a little insight on this? I am still waiting on biopsy reports. 1. Normal mucosa in terminal ileum? 2. Nodular Mucosa noted at the base of the previous tattooed area of the descending colon.
