What Does This Echo Test Report Indicate?

My age is 60 , female, wt 72 kg. I had echo test that shows coronary aeterial disease and mild concentric LVH. Inferior wall is hypokinetic and L V systolic function is moderately reduced, other chambers are normal, septa is intact , mild pericardial effusion seen. plz suggest
