What Does This Echocardiogram Test Report Indicate?

an echocardiogram test showed normal hear size, normal walls thinness, normal systolic functions, no regional wall motion abnormalities. features are consistent with pseudonormal left ventricular filling pattern, with concomitant abnormal relaxation and increased filling pressuree 9grade 2 diastolic dysfunction). can this be trusted as accurate diagnosis?

Shows mildly stiff left ventricle. Might be due to serious underlying problem like restrictive pericarditos. I suggest workup for that.
