What Does This Endoscopy Report Indicate?
Hi, I have barretts oesaphagitis, I had a fundoplication wrap in October 14, which has been great for me, but I keep getting hoarse voice, so I had a endoscopy today,doctor said in his report I have barretts mucosa and a star shaped epithelium, should I be concerned for my biopsy results next week.

Hi,
You need to use long term antacids as well as motility agent like Domperidone or Itapride as recurrent acid reflux can cause inflammation of vocal cords as well as dry cough.
