Endoscopy report impression carcinoma stomach with ??, ( the findings in the endoscopy says there is thickening but not able to confirm carcinoma could be benign aetiology) Oesophageal polyp seen ( is growth in the oesophageal wall ). The ultrasound report says multiple small lesions ( SOL - space occupying lesions) this condition are seen in presence of any primary ( malignancy / cancer) some were else, most probable cause could be the stomach lesion / oesophageal lesion is the primary.
