What Does This Eye Examination Report Specify?

I went and had an eye exam up date and my prescription went from this: SPH- OD: 0.00, OS: +1.00 CYL- OD: -.25, OS: -.25 AXIS- OD: 160, OS: 180 PD- 59 to this: SPH- OD: -.75, OS: -.50 CYL & Axis- 0 for OD and OS PD: 30 Does this seem accurate and can I have this explained before I order my new glasses. Please and thank you!
