What Does This Fecalysis Report Indicate?

My son 10months old confined last week for 2days in hospital and the doctor give metronidazole for 6days. after medication here at the new test of fecalysis. Can you help me to interpret if its a good result.. Macroscopic color; yellowish green consistency; soft Microscopic red blood cell; 0-2 white blood cell: 0-2 bacteria; - Parasite Ova and parasite ; none seen

Hi! your son's stool examination report is normal..possibly the organisms are now cleared off his bowel.
