What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor,I have gone through a follicular study and the report is below LMP:02/08/2016 Uterus is is normal in size , shape, and contour. Myometrial echotexture is homogenous. Endometrial echo is within normal limits(4MM). Cervix and vaginal canal are normal. Uterus measures: 7*4.2*2.9cm Ovaries are normal in size, shape position and echopattern. RT Ovary measures: 3*1.6cm LT Ovary measures: 3.2*1.7cm On 1oth day: Right Ovarian dominant follicle: 9.2*6mm Left Ovarian dominant follicle: 8.5*6.9mm POD: No collection Endo echo: 4mm On 12th day: Right Ovarian dominant follicle: 15*11mm Left Ovarian dominant follicle: 13*15mm POD: No collection Endo echo: 5mm I am taking OVAA Shield-DS, Vitagreat and Evecare Syrup. Is my report ok ?Will I be pregnant this cycle ?

Hello,

Your uterus and ovaries are absolutely normal. There are no structural anomalies. The formation and maturation of your ovarian follicles are good and quite encouraging. You would ovulate very soon and there are pretty good chances of you getting conceived.
