What Does This Follicular Study Report Signify?

Hi, I m PCOD patient, going thru the follicular study these days my report is Multiple follicules on 8th day of cycle, & then my doctor gave HMG 75 IU Injection my report on 12th day was 13*12 in Right Ov & 15*14 in Left, She gave enjection for rapture. And also they advised to take 2 more injection.Kindly tell me what are the chances to get pregnant.Is that positive sign on not?
