What Does This Follicular Study Report Signify?

hello my foll size in rt ovary on 2oth july was 22mm and et -6 with min fuid seen aroundrt ovary and hcg shot 10000 same day 22th morning foll size 25 and et 7.1 and in eve 27mm with impending rupture and et 7.6 i have to go for iui if it gets ruptured pls suggest how shall move ahead for this
