What Does This Follicular Study Result Indicate?

I am 26yr old. last 1yr i am tring to get pregnent.before 4months my doctor suggest me for follicular study.consicutively two months my reports were normal but i dont get pregnent.now doctor 3rd time suggest for follicular study but this time on 14th day the report says that RO/DF-11.6x10.9mm LO/DF-9.4x9.4 .So He(doctor)says this report not sufficiet and next time he want do laproscopy and will objerve what is happen.first two months he suggest me to continue ovigyn dsr tablet but this time is not and stop all medicine.Now i am confused n suggest how i get pregnent.
