What Does This Following EMG Report Indicate?

Since last April I have had numbish - tinglely toes. I feel like I have lack of feeling on the bottom of both feet, I had an emg (normal but possible pinched nerbe at L5. MRI was normal as well, did not show anything out of the ordinary. Little compression around L5/S1. Nothing was noted on the report.

There is a family history of type II diabetes (which I tested negative) HighBlood pressure (which I am on medicaine for), My father had arterilscylorosis (sorry about the spelling) ...more interesting there is also a history of Spastic paraparesis (getting blood drawn tooday for testing). I just don't know what else to do.
