What Does This Hematology Blood Report Signify?

Hi goodmorning my son i get his result hemoglobin 125,hematocrit 0.38 wbc count 7.5 Defferenttial count Segmenters 0.61 LYmphocytes 0.37 Eosinophils 0.02 Platelets 282 Reaction acidic 5.0 epithelual cells -occasional Bacteria -occasion... the lymphhocyte of my son is high? Ang acidic 5.0 epihelial cells and bacteria are both occasional.. I hope u can help me.thanks and godbless

Hello,

The Lymohocytes level is not high in your children according to values mentioned in question.

The pH of urine can be acidic when less water intake. So don't worry about that.
The epithelial cells usually present in urine and so no need to worry about that.
The bacteria in urine could be from outer genital flora or contamination.
