What Does This Histology Report Indicate?

What does received fragments of dark tan tissue aggregating 60 ×40×3 mm Section shows degenerated chorionic villi, decidua, haemorrhage, fibrin, necrotic debris, polymorphs and lymphocytes mean in plain English. I had a miscarriage some weeks back and that was the histology result but my doctor told me d result is normal.il be happy to receive a convincing answer

I really appreciate your concern, this is nothing to worry in very simple language it changes shows some dead tissues and bleeding like picture, some over left of dead tissues again over all this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
