Hello, thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. The histopathology report interpretation is as under. Fibrocollagenous tissue is a combination of collagen and fibrous tissue likely formed as a result of injury/inflammation and healing process, fibroadipose is a mix of fibrous tissue and fat. Infarction means death of tissue due to blood supply and hence oxygen being cut off. So the tissue was damaged due to low blood supply. No evidence of granuloma... granulomas are seen in diseases like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, fungal infections and the negative report says that granuloma was not seen. Culture report shows bacilli and sensitivity report needs to be accessed to give appropriate antibiotics for healing. Thanks.
