What Does This Home Pregnancy Test Results Indicate?

Hey my name adrinna I miss my period this mouths and I think I might be pregnant. Here are my symptoms that Im right now after I missed my period (headache, cramping, dizziness, lower abdominal pain, lower back pain,) So I took a home pregnant test on the 12th of this month and it comes out the first line was up and down any second line with vertical and then I waited two seconds later the vertical line went away I took a early response pregnant test please help

I really appreciate your concern, it might not be conception, you can not rely upon the symptoms and home base pregnancy test because these could be false one and in case of strong suspect case better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
