What Does This Hysterosalpingogram Report Indicate?

Hello, I ve been through the following test recently and would like to have your advise stated for it. Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) Impression: * Faint air bubble seen in the left side of the uterine cavity near left cornutubal junction. * Contrast spillage seen in the peritoneal cavity on both sides? Both fallopian tubes are patent. Can someone please explain what exactly does it mean, as I m unable to understand the above.
