What Does This Hysterosalpingography Test Result Indicate?

i am 42 yrs old married for the first time on 4 Nov 2009 ,now during six months i could not get pregnent.now yesterday we did hysterosalpingography the test show none of the fallopian tubes were visualised.no peritoneal spill from any fimbrial end seen.other test like hormone show 3.one egg in ovary.other test normal.advise me what should i do now?
