What Does This Lab Report For Ovarian Cyst Indicate?

Hi I have a cyst that is in my ovary, I had a previous cyst which burst and I had to go to ER but there is one still in there. On the 10th of oct my ovary was 12ml in size and it is now 17.6. The cyst is 2.7x2.5x2.8 which demonstrates peripheral vascularity and internal echoes . A small volume of complex fluid is within the right adnexa with low level internal echoes. Should I be concerned

Thanks for the query.
Most probably it will be a benign ( non cancerous) cyst.
Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated, If there is diagnostic confusion, a laparoscopic examination may be required.
