What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

I have just received the follow test results; PROCEDURE: Lumbar Spine 2-3 Vw REASON FOR EXAM: right lumbar radiculopathy; M54.16, Weakness of right leg; M62.81. TECHNIQUE: AP and lateral views were obtained. COMPARISON: None. FINDINGS: There is no evidence of fracture or destructive osseous lesion. Mild levoscoliotic curvature is noted. There is loss of disc space height seen at the L2-L3, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. There is no evidence of subluxation. Degenerative facet arthropathy seen most prominently at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. IMPRESSION: 1. Degenerative spondylosis.what options do I have?

Thanks for posting your query

I have read through your report, nothing can be done to reverse the degenerative process. All you can do is to prevent it from progressing and to treat for the symptoms. Your options remain, medications, physical therapy, self-care, exercise. Other options are adjunctive therapies like accupuncture.
