My father is 80 yrs old ..... 1)Right kidney is small in size measures approx. 9.51×3.80cm , outline position and raised in echo texture. Corticomedullary differentiation is ill defined. it is polycystic kidney disease.just ask your father to have regular followup with his doctor as currently it is not necessary fo treat the condition.blood pressure monitoring should also be done
