What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

Hi, what does this mean is there anything serious?? Smear revealed scattered superficial and intermediate squamous cells with numerous neutrophils in the background. Endocervical cell clusters are also seen.

until and unless atypical and malignant cells are seen, there is very little to worry about. most of the changes are due to chronic inflammation and infections which can easily be treated.
