General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your result with normal result:
GGT: 15-78 IU/L_________________87___no clinical significance
SGOT: 17-59 IU/L_______________29___normal
SGPT:21-72 IU/L_______________52__Normal
TSH 0.4 to 4.0 milli-international units per liter____5.8___high.

Increased liver enzyme by 6-10 fold have a clinical significance with increased bilirubin for liver damage.
So I think your liver profile is completely normal.
But TSH is high.
It could be due to the hypothyroidism.
I would suggest to go for free t3 and free t4 blood test and consult the endocrinologist for better management.
Hope this may help you
