What Does This Liver Function Test Result Indicate?

It seems I ve Asian Glow, LFT shows SGPT - 57 & SGOT - 42. I ve stopped drinking totally. I m not sure what all test I need to carry here onwards. which level I belogs in Liver damage criteria. Do I need to replace my Liver or stem cells will help me. on the other observations I m unable to remember things with ease does is related anywhere with my condition?

Age and gender not mentioned.
Anyhow, the liver enzymes are slighlty raised which indicate mild toxicity of the liver due to alcohol consumption.
I am of the opinion that from now onwards if you stop taking alcohol, further damage to the liver can be prevented. Are you vaccinated against Hepatitis B virus? If not get vaccinated now with hepatitis b vaccine.

Eat healthy balanced diet containing full of fresh fruits and vegetables which contain anti oxidants that are capable of preventing the liver damage.
