What Does This Liver Tests Indicate?

Hi , I have had a problem with my liver for about 4 years now. My Liver Gamma tests are up and down. Last week i was really feeling sick and my Dr did bloodtests and the results show as follows:
S-ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 428 IU/L     *H ,
normal = 51-117
S-g-GLUTAMYL TRANSFERASE 839 IU/L *H , normal = 0-44
S-ALT (GPT)109 IU/L H     , normal
S-AST (GOT)64 IU/L     *H ,normal = 13-35
Please let me know what this could be caused from or what i should do as the Gamma results are critical! I am 54 years old and dont drink alcohol.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your ALP is high. It has many causes apart from liver disease also like bone , intestine, kidney etc. But you have very high level of GGT. So simultaneously increased in both ALP and GGT suggest you have some cholestatic disease. You may have some biliary tract obstruction. So consult your doctor and take treatment of that.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
