What Does This Lower Abdominal Ultrasound Scan Finding Indicate?

Hi I am trying to conceive but I have PCs so I am taking course. This month I missed cycle so again I gone for ultrascan. Result is uterus 7.0*4.9*3.5cm normal in shape and size.endometerial thickness is 7.8 mm. Right ovary 4.2*1.5 cm and left ovary 3.4*0.5 cm. both ovaries show peripheral small follicles largest 6-7 mm with increased echo genie stroma. No dominant follicle present. No free fluid in pouch of Douglas. Can u suggest can I get pregnancy. Is there any chance for me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The ultrasound scan report says uterus is normal. Endometrium is also alright. Both ovaries are also normal.
However, sincce both ovaries are showing small follicles and there is no dominant follicle, the chances of conceiving in this cycle is less.
Kindly continue with the treatment as suggested and it would improve the chances of conceiving at some point of time.
