Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
Incomplete data like age, gender, the problem for which the tests being done??
After having gone through the given results of the lab tests I am of the opinion that you have a future risk of developing Hypothyroidism.
The elevated Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies level indicates the likelihood of 'Chronic Auto immune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis'. This refers to antibodies present in the blood that tend to make the thyroid cells under active.
It is an autoimmune condition in which there is lymphocytic infiltration & destruction of thyroid gland leading to mild neck swelling & hypothyroidism. you might feel sleepy, gain weight, feel less hungry, remain constipated and experience menstrual irregularities (if female) and skin and hair loss. changes.
So, I would advise you to get the thyroid function tests (TSH, T3 & T4 levels) done to confirm the diagnosis. If it is confirmed to be Hypothyroidism, its symptoms can be treated by using long term Thyroxine tablets once in morning starting from low dose and adjusting its dose according to TSH levels.
The ANA titer appears to be within the normal range, however if you have symptoms of morning joint stiffness lasting for 2-3 hrs, symmetrical involvement of the joints, physical disability, fever, weight loss then you need to undergo certain lab tests such as CBC, ESR, Kidney function tests, Rh factor, Anti-dsDNA, Anti Sm antibodies, to rule out Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in getting the appropriate treatment after consulting your physician.
A feed back is appreciated.
