Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Presence of red blood cells in the urine can be because of:
1. Urinary tract infection
2. Renal stones
3. Glomerulonephritis in the kidney
I would suggest you to consult a nephrologist for proper examination, investigation including ultrasound and urine culture and sensitivity test, and kidney function test and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
