General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fibromyalgia can cause pain in the breast so very likely the pain you have in the left breast is due to it. On the other hand, the mammogram indicates that the lumps seen are benign which means they did not notice signs of a malignant (cancer) related lump. Sometimes it might be helpful to compare the results of the mammogram with the results of an ultrasound examination, so I would suggest you have an ultrasound done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
