What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I m 39 and this is what my report said The uterus measures 12.4 x 6.3 x 7.4 cm. The uterus is enlarged and contains multiple fibroids. Largest is at the uterine fundus measuring 6.5 x 5.9 x 6.7 cm. Another fibroid is seen at the posterior lower uterine segment measuring 2.6 x 2.1 x 3 cm.The endometrial echo complex measures 10 mm in maximum double wall thickness. Endometrium: Homogeneous echotexture. Could it be cancer?
