Hello

Findings suggests that uterus is enlarged in size and there is presence of a small (2x2.5 cms)sub-serosal fibroid in anterior region of uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical.
It need evaluation by a gynecologist.

Other findings are normal. There is no fluid in endometrial cavity.
It is good that Gall bladder,Pancreas, spleen,Kindness,Urinary bladder, ovaries are normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
