What Does This Pelvic Sonography Report Indicate?

Madam/sir I am 22 year old ,i did not have regular periods since year .i under went pelvic sonology,the result was:Bilateral polycystic ovarian disease and Mild free fluid in pouch of douglas.My doctor suggested me to take m2tone(morning) and livogen(night)tablet one each daily.what do you suggest me to do..please replay Waiting for your rply...
