What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound For Erectile Dysfunction Indicate?

Hi my spermatic cord is noticeably thicker than the other one. Sometimes it bunches up but not always. There is rarely pain and its usually minimal. I ve been to a urologist a few times and gotten ultrasounds twice, neither tests nor doctors found anything of note, one of the ultrasounds found a trace bilateral hydrocele . I am also experiencing erectile dysfunction and am worried. Please somebody help!

Hello

I think this thickening of spermatic cord may be a sign of infections. You should also do urine analysis and uroculture. I don't think this can be related to erectile dysfunction. The hydrocele may also be a sign of infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
