The largets mesuring 1.66*1.8*1.89cm in the anterior mymetrium myomtrium that probably suggets uterine fibroids. edndometrium is not thicken and measures .72cm both ovaries were not visualized. there is a large complex cyst with septations and solid components in the pod measuring 4.04*5.04*4.55cm consideration are complex ovarian cyst and hydrosalpinx
