What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi. I had an pelvic ultrasound and it said that the uterus is anteverted, bulky (11.1x5.7x6.1cm) myometrium is heterogeneous and several small hypoechoic focal area seen, largest = 15mm. Also a heterogeneous fibroid, 1.8cm in posterior wall and tiny Nabothian cysts in cervis. Uterine cavity is slightly irregular and the endometrium = 5.9cm. I have been referred to specialist but am now worried, can you tell me what this all means? thank you
