What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Recently I had an pelvic us done for pelvic pressure and pain. the results came back and said that the uterus is in a neutral position and that the endometrial strip is in a secretory phase appearence and that numerous cervical cysts are noted. the left ovary measures 12 cc in size and small follicles are noted. and lab work showed my albumin level to be 3.0 can anyone tell me what this means?
