What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i would like to know if my ultrasound is normal. this is what it says.. the uterus is normal in size and echotexture and it says the sizes and then it says a hypoechoic fibroid of maximal diameter 1.4 cm is seen within the posterior uterine body. the endometrial stripe width is normal at 8 mm.
the bilateral ovaries are normal in size and echotexture, with right dimensions of 2.0 by 3.4 by 2.3 cm and left of 3.7 by 1.9 by 2.3cm. physiologic follicles are seen within the bilateral ovaries.
no adnexal mass is seen. there is mild fluid seen within the cul-de-sac and bilateral adnexal regions.. this ultrasound was taken two days before my period came. they had me do a pregnancy test and it was negative..i dont understan this ultrasound if it is normal or not.. I do what more children..
