What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday. the reports show small multiple focal hypoechoic areas in its anterior and posterior walls,the largest one being 30x27mm in the posterior wall.

the left ovary is also bulky. it measures 40x35x22mm wid a volume of 16.9cc.
