What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am 36 years old. Pelvis ultrasound scan report shows Bulky uterus 11.2X4.0x5.8 cm,homogeneous myometrium, scanty hypoechoic endometrium, no focal lesion, A single 12 mm dia nabothian cyst noted. both ovaries shows increased central stroma and multiple peripheral follicles. Parametria show no signs of pelvic inflammation.
