What Does This Pelvis Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi , I've just recently had a US PELVIS scan , I've been looking at my ultrasound results and I'm just abit worried about in one of the images it show the scan of the Utherus Long RT - LT with kind of not so clear with crosses indication ??? of mark in a circle shape figure of a gestational sac , fetal pole and a yolk sac ... feel confused my first time trying to understand these ultrasound scan results.

The ultrasound findings may be describing early pregnancy.
Wait for one week and do a repeat uktrasound .
Also consult gynecologist for routine evaluation and further follow up.
