Why I do not have any feeling on my left side from my leg to to toes after back surgery finding in the MRI is L4_5 disc demonstrate degenerative loss of signal intensity with mild dorcal disc protrusion an small extrusion of disc to the Medline with fragment extending inferior to level of the disc displacing left L5 nerve roots dorsally

This might be from damage to part of nerve fibres supplying that area. Some improvement might occur with time, depending on the extend of injury. A nerve conduction study will help to confirm diagnosis and monitor recovery. Your surgeon / neurologist might be able to explain in detail.
