Hello and welcome to HCM,
There is clinical evidence of enlargement of prostate.
Prostate enlargement starts in men above the age of 45.
Most of the prostatic enlargement is due to benign enlargement some may be due to carcinoma of the prostate.
Thus, investigations like PSA are done to determine the type of enlargement - benign or malignant.
The normal level of PSA is less than 4 ng.dl.
In malignant cases the PSA level is usually above 10 ng/dl.
The value of PSA in your case is 0.884 which indicates a benign enlargement.
The enlarged prostate causes obstruction to flow of urine since prostate is present at the base of bladder.
The obstruction to urine flow is responsible for symptoms of frequent urination, feeling of incomplete voiding, residual urine etc.
Your test report has determined the volume of urine after voiding or urinating which is 721 cc and residue after voiding which is 24 cc.
These parameters indicate that there is collection of urine residue after urinating and this due to obstruction caused by enlarged prostate.
The treatment consists of excision of enlarged prostate.
You need to consult your urologist with the reports for further plan of action.

Thanks and take care
